Open Gym Hours
Smith Health & Fitness has open gym hours each day after classes that allows you to use our cardio equipment and free weights. These sessions are not led by a coach, however one is available for questions.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
class time
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the class. There will be an induction session.
Comfy workout clothes
A comfortable set of workout clothes will make your workout easier.
bring water
Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it in our changing rooms.
snack before exercise
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you are full of energy.
headphone
If you need music to stay energized, you can bring headphones, for Open Gym
