High – Intensity interval training protocol alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion.

If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the class. There will be an induction session.

A comfortable set of workout clothes will make your workout easier.

We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you are full of energy.

Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it at our water station.
