I retreated to the world of comic books, and dreamt about one day looking like Batman, Black Panther, or Thor. I wanted that kind of physique and with it, the confidence to face any challenge.

So I started strength training at my local Boys and Girls club the summer before my freshman year of high school, and boy did things change. I got bigger, stronger, and noticed I wasn’t being harassed by the neighborhood bullies anymore. Girls were starting to notice me, and my confidence began to grow almost as fast as my biceps. I started diving into any book I could find on sports nutrition and strength training, and I soon became viewed as a fitness expert in before I left high school.

Today, after 20 years of education and experience I’m a dedicated fitness professional and it’s my mission in life to educate and motivate ordinary people like you and me to achieve extraordinary health and fitness results…

  3. Hi Chad! :) I am intersted in joining but where is your business located? Also. Do you have weekend training sessions? Through the week unless it is mornings would be very difficult for me and when does your free trial end? Would I need to be enrolled by a specific date?
